Auburn Nursing & Rehabilitation Center would like to celebrate the importance of ethics, compassion, and commitment in the healthcare profession by thanking our nurses, volunteers, and the entire staff for their hard work and dedication day in and day out.
Skilled nursing care frequently begins with an on-site assessment at the hospital and continues through an initial conference and discharge planning. Our licensed professionals are available to answer questions and address any concerns you or your family may have.
As residents’ conditions progress and they move through different care levels, our staff works with their families and their physicians to transition them to the most appropriate senior care setting. Each resident’s short- or long-term care is customized to their individual needs and preferences and delivered around the clock by trained nursing professionals.
Meet Kari
Hey! My name is Kari, and I have been a CNA at Auburn Nursing for three years. Auburn was the first facility I’ve worked at as CNA! I truly love being a CNA and caring for my residents. Every day brings new challenges, opportunities to learn, and meaningful moments that remind me why I chose to be in this career. From day one, the team at Auburn jumped in to support me, helping me learn, grow, and gain confidence in my role. The encouragement and teamwork here makes Auburn feel like more than a workplace — it feels like family. I am always happy to call Auburn home!
Meet Margie
Hi my name is Margie! I have proudly worked at Auburn for over 13 years, serving in several roles throughout my career, roles including CNA, social services, and now the facility’s Director of Marketing & Hospital Liaison. Each position has given me a unique perspective on the care and compassion that define our community. What truly makes Auburn different is its small-town, home-like environment. The love and family atmosphere you feel here sets it apart from other nursing homes. I often tell people that it’s not just a place to work or receive care — it’s a place where people genuinely care for one another like family.
Meet Nakia
Hey, my name is Nakia! I have worked at Auburn for three years! Auburn was my very first facility working as a CNA. From my very first day, I knew it was where I wanted to build my career. I obtained my CPT & CNA certifications in high school & during my time here, I have grown professionally from CNA to a medication technician and now serve as the facilities Admissions & Marketing Coordinator. Each role has allowed me to learn more about resident care and the importance of compassion, teamwork, and connection. Auburn has supported my growth every step of the way, and I am proud to be part of such a dedicated community. My goal is to become a registered nurse someday and continue my career right here at Auburn Nursing & Rehabilitation, serving the residents and families who make this place feel like home!
